What exactly do you doo?
Uuummm, we pick up poo . . .
Seriously, once a week, we come to your house and walk your yard in a grid pattern with our handy rake and bin, looking for all of the secret treasures your dog likes to leave you. The grid pattern is the best method we've found so far for discovering the most poo. (We're still developing our patented "DOO FINDER" goggles, but the technology hasn't caught up with us yet.)
Then, the double bagged (for your pleasure!) poo is gingerly hand carried and carefully placed in your garbage can. (This is the method of disposal recommended by the WA state dept. of ecology.)
All of our handy equipment and shoes are cleaned and sanitized after each job. This prevents any rogue germs and villainous diseases from jumping ship and traveling at warp speed between yards, protecting the safety of your family and animals.
Our wonderful Northwest weather . . .
Yes! We work in the rain, doesn't everyone? But sometimes we get a taste of real weather like SNOW! Even we get snow days :)
If
it gets too hairy on the road even for the brave K9 Klean up team we'll call, email or text you (whatever you prefer) and reschedule.
'Tis the season
Everyone looks forward to the holidays, and we do too. If a holiday happens to fall on one of our scheduled service days, you'll know way in advance.
Major holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and my birthday.
Granting Access
Most of us have limited super hero abilities, and you might object to us climbing or jumping over your fence, so please have your gate unlocked on your scheduled service day. You can provide us with a key to the lock or tell us with the combination (we'll keep it secret, promise). We'll even loan you one of our super cool combination locks if you want.
Can we all play together?
We love dogs, and dogs love us, it's kinda why we chose this lifestyle. But there are some dogs that take their jobs VERY seriously, and that's ok because that's what they are paid to do.
So, if your dog is serious about his job and we are too, we'll have to enter some sort of negotiations (we don't take bribes so don't even try). We're sure we can come up with some sort of agreement to keep everyone happy and doing their job.
Skippin' out
We don't need a note from your mom if you want to skip a day, but we do ask that you let us know a day in advance (that's 24 hours for you military types) so we can skip too!
At least 24 hour advance notice = no charge!
If your going on vacation or need to skip a week or two, just let us know (at least 24 hours in advance) and we'll hold your service until you get back. Maybe we'll go on vacation too. Not together of course, that would be silly.
(There will be no charge for service missed due to weather or some other event beyond your control.)
Money talks . . .
How do you pay us, you ask? Through our EZ Pay webpage, of course! On the 15th of the month we'll send out a statement via email through our pay-pal account. we pre-bill for the coming months service. If we have not received any payment by the 1st we will call you to see if you would like to continue service.
